<p style="text-align: justify;">This is probably the easiest way to eat healthier and cheaper at the same time. Juice and soda is full of sugar that only causes your body harm. Drinking water is like providing your body with gold. Let’s just say that water is liquid gold to your body. Drink more water and your body will appreciate you for it.</p>

Planning out your meals also allows you to choose healthier options for your family. If you know what you are going to make, then it’s less tempting to eat out or eat another unhealthy alternative.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Buy Your Food in Bulk</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Buying is bulk is a major hidden secret to eating healthier and cheaper. Find a local supermarket in your area that sells in bulk. You will be surprised of the options you can purchase in bulk. This gives you the opportunity to eat healthier and stay on track to a cheaper family eating budget. If you have a friend who also would like to eat healthier and cheaper, then go in on a bulk purchase together. Thinking outside of the box, like this, will help make sure you have a smaller food budget.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Eating healthier and cheaper does not mean it’s easier. You have to be creative when you are thinking of healthy meals to feed your family. People tend to go through fast food joints because it’s easier. However, your family will benefit greatly when you start planning your meals, buying them in bulk and drinking more water.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We all enjoy our lunch but the majority of us end up in a slump eating the same old boring sandwiches day after day. This is why i have created for you 4 fantastic healthy lunches so that you can look forward to lunch time again.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1. Beans on toast with a twist &#8211; Add a spoonful of curry paste to a can of baked beans and heat it through. Pile it onto a couple of slices of fresh brown bread and place on a grill tray. Sprinkle a couple of handfuls of sliced onions that have been pre-boiled and a two pinches of parsley. Then grill for three minutes and serve immediately.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2. Jacket Potato with Prawns and Cottage Cheese &#8211; In a medium sized bowl stir together prawns and cottage cheese until you are happy with the mixture. Then add a couple of small handfuls of chives and stir it all together. Now place the mixture as a topping on your pre-cooked jacket potato. Alternatively you can remove the potato from the jacket and mix it all together and grill to have the ultimate jacket skins recipe.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3. Tomato and Tuna Wraps &#8211; Spread plain or tomato tortilla wraps with a layer of low fat soft cheese. Scatter it with canned tuna (drained) and some fresh diced tomatoes. Then roll them up and have your lunch. If you like a kick to your wraps before you seal the wraps put a small smudge of pri pri around the edge.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">4. Tuna and Red Onion Salad &#8211; Mix some drained canned tuna with cooked new potatoes, red onions and cappers. Add a handful of rocket and watercress. Then toss together with a fat free dressing.</p>

<p>When I was growing up before there was all this annoying media coverage about obesity people really did enjoy their meals. They looked forward to eating their favourite things and there were lots of regular trips to McDonalds and Pizza Restaurants and I must admit I loved every moment of it.</p>
<p>As I look back at those that I attended school with not one of them was overweight we were all healthy happy children. Now though with the idea that children should eat this and not that the fun in food has soon disappeared. They worry too much now about what they eat and this can have a very bad effect on their wellbeing.</p>
<p>If they are told at the ages of four and above that chips is bad for them, when they hit 14 there going to head to the chip shop at every single opportunity and it will be their little secret. Or when they become adults they will start binge eating the foods that they have craved all this time and were told it was bad for them.</p>
<p><a href="http://simplyfoodndrink.com/images/balanced_diet.jpg "><img class="alignleft" title="balanced diet" src="http://simplyfoodndrink.com/images/balanced_diet.jpg " alt="&quot;balanced diet&quot;" width="208" height="208" /></a>If you give your children a healthy diet were they can enjoy the good and the bad it will make a huge difference to them. Get them focused on eating salads and vegetables from the earliest age that you can this way they won&#8217;t complain during meal times. My wife has always made sure that our son eats healthy and now he will gladly snack on a carrot or an apple rather than a bar of chocolate. Obviously he enjoys his chocolate too which is great because you want them to have the balance and not just eat like a rabbit.</p>
<p>For example we will enjoy a quiche with salad and the following night we may well have something with chips. However if we had chips or takeaways every night we would have a serious problem!</p>
