To be honest, I don’t know anyone who is not aware of the importance of looking after your body, that can range from what is eaten all the way to exercise and how you think. I am lucky here in Portugal in that there is lots of fresh fruit available on the local markets and the climate here really does go a long way to giving a better out look on life in general. Don’t forget though, it was not to long ago that I lived in Manchester, UK and everything was different, especially the weather!
Anyway, I have always been interested in keeping healthy and I have been becoming increasingly interested in different aspects of keeping healthy, from the foods that are incorporated in my family’s daily diet all the way to exercise and meditation. The problem is though, from past experience I have found that you have to read different books and look at numerous websites just to get a good idea of which steps that you should be taking to ensure optimum health.
Imagine my delight when a good friend of mine recommended that I take a look at a new ebook entitled ‘Secrets of Eternal Youth’ by Wayne Salvatore. This ebook really has it all and once I started reading it I couldn’t stop until I had finished. It covers so much that you are left in no doubt as to what steps you should take to be on the way to optimum health. I had never heard of the author before but he writes in such an easy to understand manner that you feel that he is actually talking to you personally and I will definitely be looking out for any future ebooks that he releases.
I must warn you though, there a some sections in the ebook that can only be described as shocking, that is because you will no doubt realise that you have been eating foods and doing things in general that are causing you harm, no getting away from it, but at least when you have read the ebook you will actually be in a position to do something about it.
One of the sections of ‘Secrets of Eternal Youth’ that I found to be amazing is the section on Alkalization. I won’t spoil it for you by telling you about it here but it would be safe to say that if you implement the advice that Wayne gives on this subject you will be protecting you and your family from so many serious illnesses.
It seems that many people don’t realise the enormous benefits of meditation on a daily basis and I have to admit that it is only recently that I have started to meditate myself so I know how beneficial it can be, just don’t expect results after a couple of days, just give it a little time and you will wonder why you did not start meditating earlier. Anyway, Wayne gives some great advice about that as well as emphasising how important it is to exercise.
Don’t think for one minute that this is just information that Wayne has just collected so that he can put it in a simple ebook. That is definitely not the case here and it would not be an exaggeration to say that ‘Secrets of Eternal Youth’ could very well go down as a classic on the subject of longevity and optimum health.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to anyone and I don’t say that lightly. Just read it and see what you think, I am confident that you will be very pleasantly surprised.
