You Can Now Have 2 Eggs for Breakfast
What is the first thing that comes to your mind once you hear the word “breakfast”? For me, what comes to mind is a plate full of toast, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Eggs have always been a staple to every breakfast meal because they are packed with nutrients and proteins that will help keep your energy levels up during the day.
Forget Fruit and Vegetable Portions and Still Be Healthy
Many dieters believe that consuming five servings or portions of fruits and vegetable each day is the best way to achieve a healthy body. Well, this belief is no longer true because recent studies show that achieving a healthy and disease-resistant body is possible if we consume a minimum of eight servings or portions of fruits and vegetables.

Dominic’s $7 Family Meals: Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Salad and Chocolate Trifle
Since the middle of Febuary here in Portugal the weather has being brilliant for this time of the year. So I have decided to include a salad in my meals this month. I think this salad will be cheap to make anywhere in the world.
The Bacon Lettuce and Tomato salad is one of my favourites because it is easy to make quick and simple but that doesn’t take away from the way it tastes. My dessert this month is going to be chocolate trifle.
Mummy Kitchen – The Perfect Sunday Lunch
If there is one type of food that my husband goes wild for it is a sunday roast. He absolutely adores his meat and as a Brit nothing comes more natural than enjoying a roast dinner around the table with the family.
Though, the biggest arguement is often what kind of meat to enjoy. Personally I love chicken and beef the most but everyone is different. If you are inviting friends and family around to enjoy your roast lunch then I suggest going with Chicken because everybody loves it and it is incredibly cheap.

My Spring Cooking Habits
Do you know that eating foods in season makes you healthier? It is because foods during their peak season taste better, making them more appealing to your taste buds and they nourish your body more. During spring season come also my spring cooking habits that really make me busier in the kitchen.
There is a wide array of fresh and healthy foods during spring season. From vegetables to fruits, there are many recipes I could make as part of my spring cooking habits. I love preparing and eating them together with my family and of course sharing it to my avid readers.
Dominic’s $7 Family Meals:Tomato Soup and Fishcakes
Febuary’s $7 meals already this year is going so quickly. This month i have gone for a rich and tasty Tomato Soup as a starter and some lovely Fishcakes. I love to make my own Tomato Soup because i like it to be so creamy and rich. Some of the tinned varities can be pretty awful.
I like to make Fishcakes because over here in Portugal Fish is one of there main ingredients that they eat so that means there is a great variety of fish to choose from. In the recipe i have put cod but if you find this expensive any white fish will do. I like to use catfish they maybe abit watery but they are very tasty.
Do You Watch Cookery Shows And If So Who Is Your Inspiration?
Cooking is my obsession. I really love searching the whole world to learn the best food for my family and spending my time at the kitchen together with my wife. Kidding aside, if cooking is a woman, then my wife Samantha will definitely get jealous as I am always thinking about it.
Welcome To Mummy Kitchen
Welcome to my mummy kitchen, where I provide you with some amazing recipes for not only feeding your family on for less, but they will also be healthy and to be able to be cooked in a flash.
I am starting this week with a fantastic winter warming one pot recipe. It only takes me about 15 minutes to prepare and then leave to cook, so you can be off helping your kids with their homework, while your dinner quietly cooks by itself in the corner of the kitchen.
Happy Anniversary And Introducing My Wife To Simply Food N Drink
Today it is my 11th anniversary with my wife and our 8th wedding anniversary. One of the great passions we share with each other is cookery and love cooking up a storm in the kitchen together.
We often find that two minds is better than one and will be in the kitchen together. Samantha my wife, loves everything from old fashioned English food right through to Caribbean meals. Our son who is nine years old is probably the best fed child in his school and it is like he is eating out in a restaurant 7 days a week.
What Is In Your Herbs And Spices Cupboard
I am a big fan of herbs and spices and have a cupboard full of them. It is often the case that a meal will need dressing up with a nice bit of seasoning past the usual salt and pepper.
It doesn’t cost a fortune to start a herbs and spices cupboard, in fact I started mine off, by buying things bit by bit. In the UK for example spices usually cost around £0.50 each and as you are not using the same spice each and every day they last quite a while and then all you need to do is top them up.
How To Become Sugar Free Review
Probably like every other mother all over the country I really worry about the food that I give my child. You hear all sorts of horror stories and even though they often frighten the life out of me I sometimes wonder if they are just scare stories designed to make you choose one type of food over another.
All of the parents that I know take make sure that they give their children plenty of fruit and vegetables and we are lucky that here in Portugal there is such a wide choice of fresh fruit and vegetables which are not expensive, but I must say that I recently read an ebook which not only got me thinking but has actually pushed me into taking action about the diet of my family.
