Recently visited my uncle (a passionate healthy food creator) and had the pleasure of tasting his Almond Fennel salad. Cooked with fresh fennel from his own little herb garden.
He whipped through the making pretty quick and I was struggling to take notes but here was his verbal recipe directions.
Lemon Juice, Oil and Salt into a bowl. Add Pepper.
Trim and chop up a couple of the fennel bulbs.
Chop up 2 tablespoons of the fennel fronds.
Add almonds and the lemon mixture together and combine it all up.
