You Can Now Have 2 Eggs for Breakfast
What is the first thing that comes to your mind once you hear the word “breakfast”? For me, what comes to mind is a plate full of toast, bacon, and scrambled eggs. Eggs have always been a staple to every breakfast meal because they are packed with nutrients and proteins that will help keep your energy levels up during the day.

Forget Fruit and Vegetable Portions and Still Be Healthy
Many dieters believe that consuming five servings or portions of fruits and vegetable each day is the best way to achieve a healthy body. Well, this belief is no longer true because recent studies show that achieving a healthy and disease-resistant body is possible if we consume a minimum of eight servings or portions of fruits and vegetables.

How To Become Sugar Free Review
Probably like every other mother all over the country I really worry about the food that I give my child. You hear all sorts of horror stories and even though they often frighten the life out of me I sometimes wonder if they are just scare stories designed to make you choose one type of food over another.
All of the parents that I know take make sure that they give their children plenty of fruit and vegetables and we are lucky that here in Portugal there is such a wide choice of fresh fruit and vegetables which are not expensive, but I must say that I recently read an ebook which not only got me thinking but has actually pushed me into taking action about the diet of my family.

Send Your Children To School With Something Healthy For The Playground
With the fast pace of society seemingly gaining speed as each year passes, the temptation for parents to allow their children to eat what they like, if its a quick fix, is also increasing. Why I love to cook fresh food
There are many reasons why I love to cook fresh food and the number one reason is that the taste is so different from food that is not fresh. The problem is that many people unfortunately do not ever taste fresh food and they just cannot imagine that it would taste any different. After all, a carrots a carrot and a piece of salmon is a piece of salmon, isn’t it. Well no, not really. Fresh vegetables for example really do taste so much different from tinned vegetables that you would not believe it.

1/ When ordering a Chinese takeaway meal it can make a huge difference if you order boiled rice rather than egg fried rice. A portion of boiled rice contains around 370 calories where as a portion of egg fried rice is more than double this amount. When you realise this fact and take it into account it makes the choice of boiled rice a little easier to make.

Sending your child to school with a piece of fruit
Everyone knows how important it is that everyone, especially children, eat their 5 pieces of fruit per day but the big mistake that many parents make is that it is just to boring. If your children love fruit and would rather eat a piece of fruit rather than a chocolate bar any day of the week, then you are a very lucky parent with very healthy children.
