I have decided to put together my best beef curry recipe for all you beef curry fans out there. I used to have a lot of asian customers in my old days so I have put together my secret recipe that used to have them coming back for seconds. 1 tbs margarine
1 lge onion,finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbs ground coriander
1 heaped tsp ground turmeric

2 tsp desiccated coconut
1 1/4 cups water
