Here is one of my favourite Barbecued pork spare ribs recipes.

Ingredients

2 banks of spareribs, uncut, about 2 pounds each
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sweet bean sauce or hoi sin sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
